LIGHTS! CAMERA! ACTION!
The Kent Messenger - 21 February 2003
The Courier - 21 February 2003
As can be seen from the Programme, this show was based on music from a wide selection of films.
It involved songs performed by soloists, duets and chorus mixed in with some wonderful dancing
including a great tap routine in which many of our society members took part.
With some special lighting effects, the likes of which the Queens Hall has probably not seen before,
a really colourful show was enjoyed by two very appreciative audiences.
The music, singing and dancing reached a very high standard and we surprised ourselves
(and even our producer, choreographer and musical director) by the quality of our performance.
The proceeds from the show are to be given to Dave Lee's Happy Holidays
who provide holidays for the Disabled, Sick and Underpriviledged Children
of Kent and their immediate families.

Our Musical Director in deep thought!
. . . and the show . . .
In addition, we took part in this musical extravaganza . .
. . . where we performed two numbers from Lights! Camera! Action! - "Moon River" and "Say a little prayer.."
